Heaven on A Spoon

No preservative, no eggs, no refined sugar, no corn syrup, no trans fat, no artificial flavor, no artificial color.

Rosewater

Most of our ice cream’s flavor and aroma come from rose water, a special distillation of roses.

Saffron

The most expensive and exotic spice in the world, purple-flowered Crocus Sativus, and a bulbous perennial of the iris family (Iridaceae) treasured for its golden-colored, pungent stigmas, which are dried and used to flavor and color foods and as a dye. Saffron is named among the sweet-smelling herbs in Song of Solomon 4:14. It has a strong, exotic aroma and taste.

Cardamom

The second most expensive spice in the world, also spelled Cardamom, originates from southern India, consisting of whole or ground dried fruit, or seeds, of Elettaria cardamomum, a herbaceous perennial of the ginger family (Zingiberaceae). The seeds have a warm, slightly pungent, and highly aromatic flavor somewhat reminiscent of camphor. They are a popular seasoning in Oriental dishes, particularly curries, and in Scandinavian pastries.

Orange Blossom

All-natural Orange Blossom, with its matchless aroma and essence, melted into creamy Mashti Malone’s Ice Cream. Our new flavor from the heavens, soothing and therapeutic, we believe it can be almost an out-of-the-body experience.

Mango

Tropical Asian evergreen tree (Mangifera indica) is cultivated for its edible fruit. The ovoid fruit of this tree has a smooth rind, sweet, juicy flesh, and a flat one-seeded stone. It is eaten ripe or pickled when green.

Pistachio Nut

Contains 35% of essential fatty acids.

Pomegranate

Many ancient civilizations considered this fruit to be a symbol of fertility. Sacred and mystical, it is believed to cleanse the soul of envy. A native of the Middle East, it is actually a berry, used by herbalists for its medicinal properties.

Arabian Gum

Herbalists have used Arabian Gum for over 4000 years.

Rice Starch

One of the main components in our Rose Sorbet dessert recipe is Rice Starch, it is used for texture and body.

Sahlab

The dried root of the Orchid is used as a thickener.
